Join a small intimate group of like-minded Changemakers, to cleanse and reset your body. Via video-call. Offered 4 times per year.

This cleanse is a pathway to release toxins and excess bloat from your tissues, reset your digestive system and renew your baseline of wellbeing. You will learn how food affects the way you feel, how to attune to your body’s unique needs and activate your natural healing potential.

- • A introductory 1:1 session with me to review your submitted answers and establish your goals.
- • The cleanse materials ($275 value)
- • 3 week cleanse small group check-in sessions (60 – 75 min)
- • BONUS: one 75-90 min Transformational Coaching Session with me ($250 value)
4 week Cleanse schedule:
- WEEK 1:
- 1:1 Call with Lesia and receive cleanse materials.
- WEEK 2:
- PHASE ONE – PRE-CLEANSE PHASE – preparing for the cleanse. First 60-75 min small group session. In this session we discuss how best to prepare for the cleanse and answer any questions about actually starting the cleanse. We also provide support to each other to begin.
- WEEK 3:
- PHASE TWO – THE CLEANSE. Second 60-75 min small group session. In this session we discuss what mental and physical changes you are noticing and answer any questions you may have during this phase. We also provide each other with encouragement to see the cleanse through and honour the commitment we made to ourselves.
- WEEK 4:
- PHASE THREE – RE-INTRODUCTION. Third 60-75 min small group session. During this call we discuss how adding foods back in is going for you and what you’re noticing about the effects on your mind and body. During this call we will celebrate the effort and investment of time and energy we made to complete this program and positive step for our minds and bodies!
- BONUS:
- You’re invited to decide the timing of when you’d best be served to experience the bonus gift of the Transformational Coaching session (before, during or after the cleanse).
